How do I get started as a student or faculty in Avitech?
Your registration details that give you access to the tools and resources have been onboarded on the portal, please request for it from your center if it has not been sent to you.
What if I forget or lost my login details?
With a password reset, a mail will be sent to your secondary email address to confirm. You can also contact your center to set a new password for you.
I was able to access my account before but can't do same again ?
Confirm from your center if you have an unresolved issue that bothers on payments or any other concerns. You will not also have access to the portal once your current course duration is completed.
What happens if I have other complaints?
You get 24/7 support with your Avitechedu account. You can complete the form provided, call or send email message.
Can I use same login details to access all my registered programs?
YES, you do not need to be re-registered once you have been enrolled in a program with AVITECH. Your details will automatically be updated and you can use same login details accross the platform.
What happens if I get transfered to other center?
In the event of a transfer to other center due to relocation or other similar reasons, ensure you submita a notification to your current center for the update of your details.
